Once your order is placed, our dedicated team processes it within 24-48 business hours (1-2 business days). We handle orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays. For example, if you place an order on Monday morning, it will typically be processed and shipped by Tuesday or Wednesday.

We partner with USPS to provide you with reliable shipping options:
USPS Ground Advantage
- Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days
- Cost: $6.95 (FREE on orders of $50 or more!)
- Tracking: Provided with every order
USPS Priority Mail
- Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days
- Cost: $10.95
- Best for: When you need your items sooner
- Tracking: Provided with every order
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active in the USPS system after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Address
We ship all orders from our facility 10515 N Mopac Expy Suite 320, Studio 20, Austin, TX 78759. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Address modifications cannot be made once an order has been processed.
