If you wish to return a product, please do so within 30 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping, handling, and other charges. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. Purchases of e-gift cards and sale items cannot be returned for a refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot take returns on products that have been opened and used or products that have not been purchased on thebrowfixx.com.
You will be responsible for all shipping fees to return items back to The Brow Fixx. Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival and will be inspected to make sure that the item was not opened or used. Once we inspect the item, we will send you a confirmation by email. If item has been returned open and used, we will have to deny your return.
Please allow 1-2 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
