If you wish to return a product, please do so within 30 days from the ship date for a refund. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. Purchases of e-gift cards and sale items cannot be returned for a refund.
For the safety and health of our employees, we do not accept returns for products that have been opened. If we made a mistake on your order or if you have issues with your product, we will send you a replacement product. Exchanges are dependent upon product availability.
Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival and will be inspected to make sure that the item was not opened or used. Once we inspect the item, we will send you a confirmation by email. If item has been returned open and used, we will have to deny your return.
Please allow 1-2 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
