Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to external sites and services. These third-party sites have their own privacy policies, which we recommend reviewing when leaving our website. This Privacy Policy applies only while you are on our platform.

How We Use Your Information

We collect and use your personal information for the following purposes:

  • To provide our core services, including booking and managing your appointments
  • To process payments and apply our cancellation and no-show policy
  • To improve your experience on our website
  • To contact and communicate with you, including appointment messages
  • For analytics, marketing, and advertising, including measuring how our ads perform
  • To comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes
  • To prevent fraud and ensure the security of our platform

Advertising & Analytics

We use third-party analytics and advertising services to understand how our site is used and to show relevant ads. These services may use cookies and similar identifiers.

  • Google Analytics and Google Ads: used to measure website traffic and the performance of our ads.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel: used to measure ad performance and show relevant ads.

You can limit or opt out of interest-based advertising at any time:

We do not sell your personal information for money. The advertising tools above may share limited activity data, such as pages viewed or actions taken on our site, with those platforms to measure and improve our ads. You can opt out using the controls listed above.

Text Messaging

When you book an appointment or create an account, we collect your mobile phone number to send you service-related messages such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and account updates. If you separately opt in, we may also send promotional messages.

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help.
  • You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.

We never sell or share your mobile phone number or your text-messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Payments

We use Stripe to process payments and to securely store cards on file for future appointments and for applicable cancellation, late arrival, and no-show fees, as described in our Cancellation & No-Show Policy.

When you enter your card to book, that information is processed and stored by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our own systems. Stripe’s handling of your information is governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill its intended purpose, comply with legal requirements, or resolve disputes. Once no longer required, data will be deleted or anonymized.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data against unauthorized access or misuse. However, no electronic transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security. Please ensure your passwords and sensitive information are secure.
