Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your Appointment at The Brow Fixx

Your appointments are paramount to us at The Brow Fixx. The time allocated for your appointment is reserved especially for you.

We understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary, so we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or reschedule. When an appointment is missed without adequate notice, we lose the opportunity to offer that time to another client.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

The charge is based on how much notice you give before your scheduled appointment time:

24 hours or more No charge
6 to 24 hours 50% of the reserved service price
Less than 6 hours (including same-day) 100% of the reserved service price

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate the service or services you booked.

A cancellation that results from a late arrival is charged 100% of the reserved service price.

No-Shows

We understand that emergencies happen. However, when you do not show up for your appointment without any notice, it affects our ability to serve other clients who may be waiting for an opening.

All no-shows are charged 100% of the reserved service price.

Card on File & Charges

A credit or debit card is required to book. By booking an appointment, you authorize The Brow Fixx to charge the card used to secure your appointment, or any card on file, for applicable cancellation, late arrival, or no-show fees.

Cards are processed and stored securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our own systems.

After-Hours Requests

Cancellation or reschedule requests sent by text or email are timestamped when we receive them, and your notice is measured from that time.

Voicemails left outside business hours are reviewed on the next business day, so if your notice window is close, please call or message us directly so your request is timestamped right away.

Appointment Reminders

As a courtesy, we send a confirmation email approximately 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Reminders are a courtesy only. Not receiving a reminder does not change your responsibility to cancel within the notice windows above. Please make sure your contact information is up to date so you never miss one. You can also manage your appointments anytime through The Brow Fixx app.
