RETURN POLICY
Unopened Product Returns
If you wish to return an unopened product, please do so within 30 days from the ship date for a refund. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment.
Note: Purchases of e-gift cards and sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund.
Opened Product Policy
For the safety and health of our employees, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened. If there’s an error in your order or you encounter issues with your product, we will provide a replacement. Please note, exchanges depend on product availability.
Return Inspection
Your return will be promptly processed upon receipt. All items will undergo an inspection to ensure they haven’t been opened or used. Once inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If the item is found to be opened or used, your return will be denied.
Refund Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Kindly note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
