Your Appointment at The Brow Fixx
Your appointments are paramount to us at The Brow Fixx. The time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you.
We understand that adjustments to schedules are sometimes necessary. As such, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. When an appointment is missed without adequate notice, we lose the opportunity to fill that time slot.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Advance Notice
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment. No charge.
Less Than 24 Hours Notice
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services.
Same-Day Cancellation
Cancellations during this window will incur a charge equal to 100% of the reserved price.
After-Hours Communication
Any cancellation requests received via email, text, or voicemail outside of business hours will be processed and timestamped as of the next business day when our team is available to review them. Please plan accordingly when calculating your 24-hour notice window.
Late Arrivals
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate the service or services you’ve booked.
Late arrivals leading to cancellations will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved services.
No-Shows
We understand that emergencies happen. However, when you don’t show up for your appointment without any notice, it affects our ability to serve other clients who may be waiting for an opening.
All no-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount.
Appointment Reminders
We understand that it’s easy to forget an appointment. As a courtesy, a confirmation email will be sent out 48 hours prior to your scheduled date.
